01 Agreement to Terms

03 Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to a rental panel. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring that any end-users you onboard comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
- Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
04 Subscription & Billing
4.1 Plans and Fees
Rental panel plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew each month, and the payment method on file will be charged. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Payment Failure
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to your rental panel after a grace period. Repeated payment failures may result in termination of your subscription.
4.4 Price Changes

05 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the content, targeting, and legality of every order placed through your rental panel.
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, defame, or harm any individual or group.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the rental panel software itself (as opposed to selling SMM services through your panel).
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
06 Prohibited Content & Activities
The following categories of content and activity are strictly prohibited on all rental panels:
- Fraud & scams — promoting fake giveaways, phishing, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial offers.
- Illegal goods — drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, stolen data, or any item prohibited by law.
- Adult & explicit content — pornography, sexual services, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Violence & hate — content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against any group.
- Gambling — unlicensed gambling or betting services.
- Malware & hacking — distributing viruses, spyware, or tools designed to compromise accounts.
- Platform manipulation — using the Services to artificially inflate metrics in a way that violates the terms of service of the underlying social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
07 Service Delivery & Refills
7.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by service and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to third-party provider performance, social media platform changes, or technical issues beyond our control.
7.2 Refill Guarantee
Where a service is marked as refill-enabled, we will refill the order within the stated refill window (typically 30–90 days, depending on the service) provided that:
- The account or profile remains public for the duration of the refill period.
- The username or handle has not been changed.
- The order was not previously refilled for the same issue.
- A refill request is submitted through the panel within the refill window.
7.3 No Refill for Certain Services
Services without a decay problem (e.g., views, impressions) generally do not carry a refill guarantee.
7.4 Partial Delivery
If a service partially delivers, the undelivered portion is typically refunded to your panel balance automatically, subject to the service's specific rules.
08 Refund & Cancellation Policy
8.1 Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.
8.2 Panel Balance
Funds added to your panel balance for the purpose of purchasing SMM services are generally non-refundable. However, if an order cannot be fulfilled due to a fault on our side, the corresponding amount may be credited back to your balance.
8.3 Order Refunds
Refund requests for individual orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be issued only where there is a valid, verifiable issue (e.g., non-delivery caused by our system). Refunds are not available for:
- Orders that have already been delivered (even partially).
- Orders placed on private accounts when the service requires a public profile.
- Drop in engagement caused by the end-user changing their username, making the account private, or violating platform rules.
- Orders with a start-count issue (e.g., the existing count already exceeds the service minimum).
8.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
09 Third-Party Providers & Platforms
Rental panels rely on third-party SMM providers to fulfill orders. While we integrate with reputable providers, we do not control their operations, pricing, or delivery quality, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
You acknowledge that using SMM services may violate the terms of service of certain social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the rules of any platform you engage with.
10 Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos (excluding your own branding and content), is owned by [Your Company Legal Name] and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result (e.g., follower growth) will be achieved.
12.2 Limitation of Liability
